You’ve probably never considered donating a vehicle, but it makes a monumental impact in the services we are able to provide to our clients. Whether you have a family sedan taking up space in the driveway, a well-loved clunker occupying the garage, or a classic collectible or unfinished project gathering dust, we’ll accept it as a valuable donation. We will happily accept any of the following vehicles as donations.

  • Cars
  • Minivans & Vans
  • Trucks
  • Tractors
  • Recreational Vehicles
  • Boats
  • Construction Equipment
  • Farm Equipment
  • Motorcycles
  • ATVs
  • Snowmobiles

While vehicles that are in good running condition are of greater value to The Christian Center, we often are able to use any of the above items listed. Your vehicle doesn't need to run but you do need to provide us with proof of ownership. Please be ready to provide your vehicle's year, make, model, vehicle identification number (VIN), current mileage, and a signed vehicle title as well as any other pertinent documentation as required by the state of Indiana. You will need to describe the condition of the vehicle and disclose any structural damage.

Tax Deductions

A receipt indicating the sale price and date will be provided to you by The Christian Center.  If the vehicle is used for The Christian Center mission, you will be able to deduct the fair market value of the vehicle. For more information, refer to IRS publications guiding you through the automobile donation process, helping you determine the value of your donated property, and instructing you on filling out the proper forms.

Since each donor's tax situation is different, we recommend that you consult your tax professional.
