Meet Bob Stevens.
Sure, he might look a little rough around the edges, but beneath that bandana and under that "hardcore enforcer" façade is a man sensitive to God's calling and to those called by Him. In his position as Men's Program Director, Bob is oversees the Men's Program staff and the recovery process for residents. "My job is kind of like a line judge on the tennis court; I just want to make sure the ball is either in or out of play."
Bob's educational background lends for him to be a well-rounded leader. With a bachelor's degree in both Biblical Studies and HR Management (Grace University, NE) and a Master's in Ministerial Leadership (Indiana Wesleyan, Marion, IN), he is well equipped to both manage the Men's Program and offer Biblical perspective and guidance.
When not at TCC, Bob is probably savoring something sugary (his sweet tooth has a reputation), cruising on his motorcycle, or playing with his grandchildren (6 of them!). He also loves to sing and play guitar, so be sure to ask for a demonstration…
Bob and his wife Sherry have 5 kids, 6 grandchildren, and a miniature dachshund; he gets the award for the biggest family!
