Have Gently-Used Items to Donate?

We gladly accept clothing, accessories, furniture, appliances, books, and household items in good condition. Donations can be dropped off 9 AM - 330 PM—just pull around to the donation door on 6th Street.

Your donated items help fund our programs and directly clothe people in need. Program residents and individuals experiencing crisis often receive vouchers to shop for clothing at no cost.

    We occasionally run special promotions or discount days for seniors, students, and veterans. Ask in-store or follow our social media channels for current offers and seasonal events.


  • Can I return or exchange something I bought at Red Door?

    All sales are final, as proceeds directly support The Christian Center’s nonprofit programs. We encourage you to try on clothing and inspect items carefully before purchase.


  • Is Red Door Vintage wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, our store is accessible to individuals with mobility needs. If you need assistance bringing items in or loading a purchase, our staff or volunteers are happy to help.


  • Do you pick up large furniture donations?

    We’re currently unable to offer pickup services for donated furniture. However, we welcome drop-offs during store hours and may be able to coordinate help unloading if you call ahead.


  • Can I reserve an item I saw in the store or on social media?

    Due to high turnover and our mission-first focus, we don’t hold or reserve items. Inventory moves quickly—if you see something you love, it’s best to grab it while it’s there!


  • Do you accept credit cards or only cash?

    We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Your transaction is secure, and all proceeds support our outreach and shelter programs.


  • Can I host a group volunteer day or service project at Red Door?

    Absolutely. We welcome group volunteers from churches, schools, and local businesses. Please contact our volunteer coordinator in advance to schedule a time and project that fits your group size.


  • Are donations to Red Door tax-deductible?

    Yes. Red Door is operated by The Christian Center, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We can provide a donation receipt upon request when you drop off your items.


  • Can I donate items even if I don’t shop here?

    Of course. You don’t have to shop to support the mission. Every donation—whether it’s clothing, books, or a household item—helps someone in our community find hope and stability.
