Eric Foley is a dedicated operations leader whose work is driven by empathy, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to community-focused service. He began his career in law enforcement before transitioning to nonprofit leadership in 2011, where his passion for helping others has only grown stronger. Since November 2015, Eric has served as the Director of Operations at The Christian Center in Indiana, overseeing the day-to-day functions of a homeless shelter that provides beds for up to 70 individuals each night. Under his leadership, the Center delivers over 110,000 meals and 30,000 clothing items annually, serving as a critical lifeline for those in need. Eric is known for cultivating strong partnerships with local governments, nonprofits, and businesses to maximize community impact. He has led key improvements in grant compliance, process efficiency, and resource allocation, all while expanding outreach efforts that provide essential services such as housing support, job placement, and healthcare access. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice/law enforcement administration from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree from Ivy Tech Community College. Among his many accomplishments, Eric is especially proud of uniting his teams under a collaborative culture, addressing food insecurity and homelessness on a large scale, and ensuring operational excellence through regulatory compliance.
