Ray Bryans is a proud graduate of Ball State University, where he earned his degree in Business Management. With a strong foundation in leadership and a passion for practical problem-solving, Ray spent his twenties and thirties gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of vocational trades — shaping him into the well-rounded, dependable leader he is today. Since joining The Christian Center (TCC) in 2016, Ray has served as Warehouse Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations that help drive the heart of TCC’s mission work. From logistics to team coordination, Ray ensures that resources flow smoothly — enabling TCC to serve the community and beyond with excellence. Known for his hard work, integrity, and servant leadership, Ray plays a crucial role in keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes while staying deeply connected to the purpose behind the mission.
