Executive Director of The Christian Center Rescue Mission in Anderson, Indiana. A ministry that serves two thousand individuals and families in my community through a Community Dining Room, Community Assistance, men's shelter and others in a positive faith-based environment. Blessed to be able to make a positive impact on my workplace and in the life of my community. I enjoy working in diverse and collaborative environments. I have been a Senior Leader, Operations Director and Financial Director in Healthcare, faith-based and other not-for-profit organizations. Senior Manager for twenty years with extensive experience in Human Resources and strategic planning. Problem solver, teammate, and leader. Strong analytical, budgeting, reporting skills, donor development, policy development and compliance. Passionate board member, mentor, coach, consultant and family man.
