Shannon Bailey has been a dedicated part of The Christian Center (TCC) team for the past seven years. She began her journey as a volunteer at The Red Door Thrift Store, quickly proving herself through hard work and heart for others. From volunteer to sales associate and now part of the management team, Shannon’s growth reflects her deep commitment to TCC’s mission. Known for her genuine compassion and desire to help those in need, Shannon is a valued presence in both the store and the wider community. She is also a proud mother of two daughters and grandmother to four beautiful granddaughters.
